Not possible to connect to NTG 4 - dextuar - 24-04-2018 Hello, I have a 2010 W212 and use the C4 multiplexer with Star Version 09.2016. I am able to read every module but the Command APS. I found out that the mileage has been manipulated and the km in the instrument cluster do not match the rest of the car. Could that be the reason I cannot connect to the NTG4? Everything works fine, I can update maps as well, no errors in Star regarding anything. It just stays like that showing in the picture, the status bar is moving, but nothing is happening. I had it like that for at least 20 minutes and gave up. Could there probably be some CAN blocker? Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
