Hello guys
i have install ista+ but not working and i dont know why can please somebody help me
i have put pics in attach
all working fine but i cant work with car.

I am no Pro, but I think something with your SQLiteDBs is not okay. You installed them correctly ?

Post a Screenshot of your content in folder SQLiteDBs in Rheingold folder.

Did you unblocked all the files before extraction?

I am only guessing , is this a windows 10 install w any VMware installation ? if so makes sure you disable vm network adaptors
then should work without any problems , if not more in like other member posted unblock SQLite files

You need too install all language data ,,, I have same problem , and after I install,,,, all works NO problem

Did you apply REGFIX and change folder name from rhein to Rheingold.
