Cruise control speed increase/decrease issue - kasper_dk - 10-05-2018
Hi All,
I retrofitted cruise control to my E84 X1 20D which originally came without CC. Everything is working fine as S540 with below exception.
Currently the only mistery is the increase/decrease function below the resistance point:
1 normal click = +/- 1 km/h works fine.
1 click below resist. = +/- 5 km/h does not work, nothing happens when pushing below resistant point.
I need some coding advice on the dsc tracefile? What to Code in order activate this?

try it with $544 as 2 position szl is for 544, 1position for $540
as you have quite new car LDM should be part of DSC system so brake funcion should work

Hi,
I tried to change the VO to $544, wrote FA to CAS, KOMBI & NFRM I also tried to code the XDSC ecu. But still it does not work?

540 also has two positions. Check live data if ista recognizes the second push on the stalk.

Hi,
544 is cruise control with brake function, if car drives faster as set up.
For my understanding, X1 E84 have had only 544 cruise control.

Right, for E84 you only have 544, actually you need another Kombi, but also works with the low Kombi
