Only differences are kmh / mph display on the kombi, and what side the steering wheel is on.

Steering wheel is workinf fine and km/mph are fine but when you open driver side window passanger window opens up and the other way around also when car is driven and you open lets say passanger door it shows like you opened driver side door, same thing with comfort seats if you try to move the driver side seat passanger seat moves

Your BMW should have a type code in positions 4-8 of the VIN, this describes the chassis, engine and the side the steering wheel is.
If you have altered this, then the interior will be reversed.
Recode the body modules and they should work on the correct original side, if you have changed the CAS or LM, use whichever one is original to the car to get the correct VO

Nothing has been changed in vo from what i have seen so far only things that were retrofitted, i decoded the vin and its same as it came from factory apart from the things that were retrofitted of the top of my head %0317, *NC72, &LCAD, +IPOD, +MUEB, +NAUX, +NBFD, -B090
I was thinking removing $812 and adding $801 and coding FAS/BFS , CAS AND KOMBI But i dont think this will help

NC72 is the code for RHD 530d Chassis.
NC71 is the corresponding version for LHD chassis.

If you have changed this, this is why your coding is moving the wrong side of the car.

That *NC72 was in there i did not put that in, so remove *NC72 and ADD *NC71 and code ?

If you have a LHD car, yes, change NC72 (RHD) to NC71 (LHD) and code the body modules, and yor windows and seats should work on the correct sides.

Yes from what i was told by the owner car was UK so steering wheel was on the right side than the car was converted to Europe and now the steering wheel is on the left side, so its LHD, This car needs lots of work even the dashboard lights for airbags are on and adaptive Headlights error and much more.
