This is my tuned file, I think it will be good for you.
In my opinion, this is an optimal solution. EGR off not included. Because I think that your car does not have to work EGR because it's a mechanical problem. I had a broken hose directly with an electro valve, a microfracture and the symptom occurred when I in drive I release throttle.
This dyno test of my map, max power is 92KW
