I got BMW f10
after change lamp from usa to eu i got 805CF8/805E78 "LED not taught-in" error code
Module is from USA , lamp Housing is from eu
ista-p is unable to tech drl module

Use ISTA+ for teach in procedure.

I’m having the same issue on a 2015 428xi gran coupe. I installed a used right headlight and I cannot successfully run the turn signal initialization now. Do I need new headlight modules instead of used?

Refer to ETK and verify the used headlight is correct. Also a faulty led maybe. Have you ran programming on the light you installed assuming you verified it is the correct light
