i have tried turning the internet off and trying username 123 and abc?

Run program as ADMIN!
You DON'T need a username and password... but you must point the program to a valid and correct path to your locally stored database.

I tried as Admin
there is the path for where the post set up file is. I am sure thats correct as its in white, its normally in red if its wrong

Check in Program Files\ODIS Service xyz\log for ENGINE.LOG
Might Program Files x86, use brain to locate file
Attach this after you can done trying to update.

Your main culprit: a missing file
I can read in log you have 32-bit OS with US language and you make choice to load GB, US & DE language
Check if green file exists....
An exception occurred while downloading feature from "file:/C:/ODIS%20DATA/ODIS-Service_update_4_3_3-EU_20180626_YGHLY/Odis/Trade-Retail/software/update/features/odis.main.service_51.0.10.jar"
I think your path could be too long, so change to short path like C:\PostSetup\ODIS\Trade-Retail with correct folder structure!

I have downloaded the post set up again and it's the same size and same amount of files.
odis.main.service_51.0.550 is in the folder so looks like it is missing the 51.0.10 file. I will just install a older postset up file?

Yeah, I know just thought it was worth a try re -downloading incase there was a file missing as its a big download, like 13GB

I have had a play with 550, and it is missing the file odis.main.service_51.0.10.jar as we already know.
Unforturnately, the copy I have is corrupt, so I cannot upload.
I did test 540 and it runs perfectly, you can get a copy in ODIS thread
