frf convert and Ident VW EDC17 need Ori bin - Extcy - 15-07-2018

Hi, can someone please convert these 2 frf files to .bin? I am not 100% sure if it is the right flash for this car. Can someone tell me how to identify them?

1x file is from the flash files 2014 and 1x 2018
1x ID from Kess Ident
1x VCDS Ident

I searched in 3 Flash Packs 2014, 02.2018 and 06.2018. I cant find the 9978. What happend when i flash the 9979?

Flash 9979 with Odis E.

I cant flash it with Odis. I can only Flash the car with Kess V2. Friend ask me to turn off the EGR and DPF. Thats why i need the original file.

Read ecu with Kess V2.
Open ecu and unlock eeprom.
Flash ecu with your EGR DPF off file

I cant read this ecu. K-Suite 2.47 say NOREAD. But flash over OBD.

Sorry, give wrong info. No unlock eeprom for this EDC17C46

You can read it in bootmode with K-Tag or with Kess V2 or you find virtual read 9978.
You can also flash over OBD a VR 9979. But don`t know if it is safe with clone
But if you have K-Tag the safest way is read and write in Bootmode
