Ford S-Max, 2.0 tdci, question about if ecu is modified - grmsek.damjan - 30-07-2018

Hi
Have 2 questions Wait
Brother bought a little crashed S-Max and I noticed that this ecu has been allready opened before me..
-Is the file stock or someone modified something???
-With ktag I read full backup, external flash maps and eeprom 3 times and noticed, compared that only external flash(MAPS) are with all 3 readings the same..I saw that the eeprom changes with each reading 39 Why?

Will the car be start if I write let say second or third reading ful backup or eeprom despite all 3 readings are not the same (compare soft)-just asking for knowledge wondering
(I repeat, only ext.flash (maps) are the same with all 3 readings!!!)
