This indicates that mega16 does not start. The reason is in poor soldering or its malfunction.

There is a bad soldering.
If mega16 is dead, then a donor is needed.
A new mega16 is not something to flash, the firmware is locked.

My ICOM A2 flashes ONCE and only Once , when I connect it to my OBD in my car
. This just started a day ago. 
Does this mean my ICOM A2 is locked ? Can it be reset ? If so, what's the Procedure? Thanks for any information you may have...

My ICOM-m LED's brightness is not very strong, as if it had been changed in this picture, but exactly what kind of typing?
But ICOM-B has very low brightness LEDs too.

Same Problem here. All LEDs flashing red only once, then it seems dead except the fan inside.
Also no reaction to USB Restore.
Any solution?

Hello,
I've found a solution for my LEDs "All Flashing RED Once".
It is quite funny but I tried a reflow myself.
Just removed central the PCB and put it in my oven for about 10 minutes at 200 deg. celsius (preheated).
After that let cool down, reconnect to LAN-PCB an OBD and it worked.
Maybe someone else can solve it this way too.
But: I'm not responsible for any damage. Do this at your own risk!
