xentry fault message the vin not be read out - morfus - 19-08-2018
Hello everybody
first of all I want to apologize for my english ...
I recently installed a xentry image on a dell E320, and when I wanted to test with a sdconnect I got an error message : (The VIN cloud be read out. Select vehicle manuaally )
I'm new to the field, I'm just helping a friend

First of all check if soft revognizes SDconnect. if IP in computer is set correctly and you have correctly network card installed (I guess you are trying to use LAN not WLAN?).
If yes you can chose car from the menu according to what you know about it. Then try to connect and read errors for example.

Edit. I see atachment now. According to photo of sdconnect LAN connection should be ok.
So simply try to chose the car from menu.

Yes I set the lan network, I update sdconnect too, but I have this error just when talking with the car, manual selection same result ...
