it's a bug in Mtool .. well won't let you write new value
is better for you to read eeprom 93c86 by external Programmer

I tried with denso pin and it said write protected. I thought to read flash through obd2 and patch and write and try to read again from denso pin and write. I don't know if it is an good idea
