Why is there 2 istep levels under F20 series?

Ok I need some help. This is the message I get everytime I try to run ISTAGUI.exe. I have tried an earlier version and got the some message. I have followed the instructions excatly but something is not working right. Please help..Thanks Matt

There are 2x i levels in the PSdZData under mainseries.
Delete the older iStufe in the mainseries.

yes but why are there? 2 i levels in many folders... recovery purpose? I don't undestrand...

So that the ISTA/P works, you have to copy the file BMW.Taurus.WsmProvider.AgentBackend.dll into the folder ISTA-P\BMW\Environment\Wsm.
