[E92] Pin-out of Headlights & LED DRL Issue -> SOLVED - mazekerler - 13-09-2018
Hello everyone,
can someone provide me the pinout of the headlight connector and FRM connector for my car:
E445073
After retrofitting SA541 (ACC which was pretty easy), I'm planning to retrofit AHL Headlights with LED DRL and I need to know the difference. Moreover I would also need the pinout of the headlight connector with AHL and LED DRL.
Would be great if someone could help.

Here you go, wiring diagrams in attachment, I can´t attach them to my post somehow (first is Xenon, second AHL, last side light)

Sorry to bother again. My question is refering to LED DRL of my new Headlights.
I'm switching from E92 LCI (with halogen DRL) to E92 LCI (with LED DRL). I already installed additional wiring for orange sidemarker lights).
Problem: After coding SA 5AK for LED DRL everything is working fine, exept dimming of LED DRL (and activating eyebrow).
MY FRM3 is a standard FRM3 PL2.
Does anyone know if FRM3 LED is necessary, or how diming of LED DRL is controlled?

SOLVED!
Standard FRM3 is sufficient. Despite wiring plan a connection of PIN6 and PIN7 at headlight connectors is necessary.
PIN7 = orange side markers
PIN6 = Eyebrow and trigger for dimming halos
According to wiring plan, a wiring from FRM3 PIN49 to PIN7 of both headlights is required.
PIN49 = LED license plate light
After coding SA 5AK everything works as indented.
