I try ECU data conversion for Bosch ME7.3.1
0 261 206 707 03y AlfaRomeo 147
But so difficluty immo vriginize in eeprom.
Pls help with your skill.

Do you have Kkl cable like Vag com 409 or older commander 1.4?

why you want virginize?
 you can clone coping flash and eeprom with same reference.

try your file virgin :

eeprom_read000_VIRGIN.rar

Hello mitch3,

Reason of need virgin.

One AlfaRomeo in dealer with repair service
Won't Engine starting...
Maybe ME7.3.1 internal problem.

Dealer mechanic took a strange prgramming with Diagnostic tool twice and more...
And jump start connect with BIG battery  sweating  
So damaged ME7.3.1 flash and eeprom data.

Then bought other used ECU ebay.
And need immo virgin in my office.

I don't know if you ever got this resolved but here is the immobilizer disabled within the firmware image itself. With this approach you don't need to worry about eeprom.
