Nerox

The bike has been serviced in 2018, presumably by an official Motorrad Dealer so that does mean there is the possibility of a more recent iLevel for K024 than is in ISTA-P 3.65, you should be able to get the details of firmware level in each ECU from ISTA & that info could determine which ECU's have been updated, it is a bit of a pain getting the details using ISTA compared to GS911 which gives all the details with one autoscan

Yes, good starting point. Maybe someone tried to put some module from different bike and made a mess. I believe that I Level overview in ISTA/P are correct and for these models there is no change in 2 years. These are old models. I have seen some minor patch versions installed by BMW because of some issue on the motorcycle, not listed as official release. Only difference in the last three digits of the I Level version.

Change the I-level to correct one with tool32
And post VIN, then can be checked on BMW server

@inspi1981

Thanks for your reply

Vin is VIN number for the bike is WB10B0304DZ048282.

I haven't figured out how to get Tool32 to work properly though... sad
I don't understand why since ista-d/P works great ! I've done some research but it didn't solve my issue :/

Bike was at dealer only once in 2014 and left with K024-13-02-510. So somebody must make mess with I-level later. Fix it with Tool32

Could you give me/us some insight on the HOW to change that with Tool32?  (or any other tool)

I've played a bit with tool32 but... i've to admit i'm a bit loss.

Ncs is now working fine though
