Data installation come with this error...Cannot create a file when that file already exist.

usually a corrupt file which is unusual if using the download file.
Do not burn the download to a DVD just install the raw download
try this first - go to C>Elsawin open folder open folder Elsawin then delete file named "config" this looks like a notepad doc - [do not delete any other file. Try install again

The software for Audi does not support English.... Installed it multiple times does not support english
BEFORE DOWNLOADING PLEASE READ THIS:
The original poster has mislead everyone into believing that the software supports multiple languages... Unfortunately it does not. He should have tried it himself before telling everyone it supports multiple langues.. It only Supports 1 Language... German....
Many people are very thankful but they have never even tried to install it themselves...
Yes during installation it asks you for language preference but does not consider it whatsoever... As soon as you click on Elsa Administration.... it is German... And no matter how many times you uninstall and reinstall... or play with all the languages listed, IT STAYS GERMAN... Very disappointed.....

Did you see any others complaining about this?Seems not so keep your mouth close and learn to ask or if you are too proud for this , learn to search
