The original poster has mislead everyone into believing that the software supports multiple languages... Unfortunately it does not. He should have tried it himself before telling everyone it supports multiple langues.. It only Supports 1 Language... German....
Many people are very thankful but they have never even tried to install it themselves...
Yes during installation it asks you for language preference but does not consider it whatsoever... As soon as you click on Elsa Administration.... it is German... And no matter how many times you uninstall and reinstall... or play with all the languages listed, IT STAYS GERMAN... Very disappointed.....
Try changing your regional settings from your pc control panel, and make sure you have all windows updates. If that fails then complete the user setup using the screens displayed in German but following the English language instruction screen shots as example, it should not be too hard. Then when you login to elsawin for the first time, Select - "Einstellung" from the German language tool bar - and then "Sprache" and change language to English. it stays in English from then on.
Just because you have a glitch or error on your pc does not mean that it the up-loaders fault, or that the upload does not contain all the languages as stated. there is always someone here willing to help you, providing you don't be heavy handed with your comments.
This guy works hard to give us ALL free software! biting the hand of the guy that feeds us is not a good idea!

I'm sorry about my harsh comments... I was just upset because it took me a lot of time downloading it... And could not get it to work....

Installed elsa and allworks fine except when using the "red book" to look for tech bulletins etc. the program has to close with error message
ipsvrhs2.dll at fault does anyone have any ideas please

what languages have you chose for install?

Run this file and restart the PC to see if it worked, if not then run the file and Uninstall and Reinstall again, hopefully it should help provided that you're using XP and its installed in C:\
