Help matching new pcm for Ford F-150 2008 - llavemg - 23-10-2018

Hello everyone. I'm trying to program a new PCM using VCM with Ford IDS v86 but I can't see parameters reset. I came into pats functions, but just programmed the keys, parameters reset option isn't there. I've tried modules programming functions but isn't available for that model. Immo light is off but car doesn't crank. How can I solve this? I saw that Zed-Full has parameter reset option. Should it work?

hi
i doubt zedfull do it as i tried on a focus to no avail its supposed to do alot of things but it dont .
ids vcm should do it if module programming activated
try this below from someone who,s done a pcm on a f150
"Cycle a key in ignition to "RUN". Enter Security Access on the PATS control function module. Select "Parameter Reset" and then exit Security Access. Perform a PCM Keep Alive Memory (KAM) reset."

To do this, once you've plugged the VCMII into the Diagnostics port - click "body>Security>PCM" then after 10 minutes it will grant security access and take you to the security page. From there you select the last line at the bottom that says "Parameter Reset" - This actually resets everything listed in the #7 Procedure. So once that's complete you will program the 2 keys. If it doesn't prompt you to program keys then on that same window select the top line which says "program keys" or something along those lines I don't remember..

So anyway long story short I got my friends truck running and it cost me $80 on e--y with a replacement PCM of the exact same part number and Computer Tag/code.

hope this helps
