I can encode a bsi without internet with diagbox 7.65? and encode radio?

Which car? V7.65 not good for recent cars. Do you mean configuration of the BSI. Read VIN number in BSI and use this VIN for telecoding radio. I got this problem with car with replaced BSI. The real VIN didn't work because in the BSI it was an other VIN in there. Succes.
