transit 2.0tdci immo problem - yorkstune - 24-10-2018

Hi, I don't know if this will get a reply. Eeprom was corrupt during an OBD write so I got an identical ECU, hw/sw numbers match. I can't seem to locate the what i perceive to be an intact immobiliser in the BDM file, the vehicle starts just plumes of smoke and rough running so its lost its injection coding. So what i was going to do was take the immobiliser and put it in the new ecu eeprom, as mentioned, I can't seem to locate it. Could anyone help? Both new ecu and old ecu bdm reads are attached. many thanks.

It's a Delphi MPC555 ECU.
