ETKA "Path Not Found" after running fine for two days - strawser81 - 07-11-2018
Hello, recently installed ETKA 8.0 and updated to ETKA 8.1 on a new Windows 10 64bit computer fresh out of the box after updating windows patches.
After a couple hours it finally was updated and running. ETKA ran fine for two days. This morning tried to click the ETKA icon on the desktop and it wouldn't do anything.
Followed the icon to the folder and tried to open the EtStart.exe and it says "Path Not Found".
Logged into www.etkainfo.com with Company ID to open a support ticket but doesn't look like I can, and ETKA itself can't open to make a ticket in there. How can we open a support ticket with ETKA for this?

Deleted ETKA on the desktop, created shortcut of EtStart.exe, and then tried to run and apply the patch and receive the following error:
Lexcom
Error Code: ETK-UPD-01
So even the patch fix is erring out. Anybody have any assistance here it would be very much appreciated!
