Is it a HW or SW issue. Cuz I have downloaded Openshell 18.7. Do you think installing the software would make any difference. Or is it totally dependent on the multiplexer?

please after installing xentry openshell 03 2018 on my laptop , i can't find the startkey application , when i go on support tools there is no startkey center , it should be installed for itself ? or how can i find it please ?
