Hi, is eeprom in simos 25640 same as 95640
Because in programmator I only have 95640 option and no 25640 while eeprom inside ecu is 25640, can I read it and write as 95640?

Yes atmel is 25640 and st is 95640. Same 25640 and 95640 are 64K
