Hi
Need to upgrade the software from 218 to 272HP.
Hardware already changed.
I need the file that I can flash via OBD
Original readout in attachment.
Is it possible to do with winkfp?

Use WinKFP to flash to ZB number 8619676 (330i Manual MSD80, 272 hp). I assume you have all the different hardware installed.

Isn't that however going to cause problems because of different power classes?

Ah yes, that is a very good point.
You need a tuner, or someone that can change power class.
I can do it, but not remotely.

Wouldn't it work if I reflash the ecu with given ZUSB number with winkfp?
What is also needed, fa coding? (i don't know what is power class)

Power class is a coding in the dme which is locked by an hour counter. After 10 hours this coding is locked. O even if you flash with 272 zusb it will stay at low power.

Power need to modify in CAS , just to make it work with the programmer of the type R 270

According to my knowledge you have two options laid out on the table right now.
Either you flash the tune with 330i bin merged in or you go modify the power class and flash the ZUSB you want.

it's not that easy as you write.
I don't know how to reset working hours in CAS and modify the power class.
Also the doing the tune with 330i in 325i flash is not possible because of different map addresses. The offset would not work.
If you know how to modify the power class in the DME or you have possibility to merge 330i bin into 325i readout with kess, please PM.
