HDD not accessible after CIC Exx Flash - smilo - 20-11-2018
I flashed CIC HU Exx to the latest firmware - all works perfect except HDD that is not accessible for read or store media.
Navigation works fine, just like USB and other features. I guess the HDD user partition must be formatted
Someone can explain the procedure ?

Probably the software was very old, and updating to a very recent one has lost the function MEDIA (hdd music and cd no longer work)
sometimes, if the problem is software you have to go back with the software (to the version that was installed) and if it starts again, upgrade to 2 - 3 steps before arriving at the latest version

try to recode CIC with ncsexpert. I have some failure during update on TCU, this caused simillar issue, after I recode CIC, it works like a charm. car is very early 2009, now updated with 2017 istaP
