Istalled. ISTA/P, Where/how to start/activate it?
EDIT: Do need connected to the car first, then can choosen programming or how...?

Everything should autostart when you boot up. Do not start it from the start menu.

Autostart? But what need to do if not autostarting? I use Dell D630....

1. Ensure you have installed all relevant drivers (check in device manager)
2. Rename your Ethernet adaptor to Eth0 (may be already be set to this).
then
try rebooting it again.
if that doesn't work try starting it manually (goto services and start WSM-Agent).

That service was "stopped" and "automatic". When i click start -button, popup window comes, but stop then. Some reason that service don't wanna running....

Could be a drive letter problem. Check in "my computer" that the drive named "Programs" has been assigned the drive letter "P". If not, change it and reboot.

Sorry, was my mistakes. Network card drivers was missing. Installed and now ISTA/P started manually.
Another problem. Language was German in default. I changed it to en_GB, software menus are english now. But when goes to ISTA/P, language is RU(russian) So, how to change it to English?

ISID is english(changed with spanner icon), but ISTA/P is russian language. How to change to english?
ISTA/P spanner icon can't do nothing about settings.

i see in your screenshot that the network is still configuring (red writing). if that stays on all the time then you have a problem. I think you need to set up the isid mac address. WSM icon will then be active and language settings should get saved properly.

What MAC address needs and howto? I don't have ICOM interface yet...
