Warning, this link it's for repair or update your installation.
For new installation, you must to use 9.12 setup.

Does not exist official daigbox 9.23......... Exist the diagbox 9.12 setup and then to update on-line till to latest that current level is 09.42..........

the last version = V09.42 - that only works officially.
The version V09.23 of MrRorry you can buy - goes for cars until the end of 2018.
