ISTA/D/P Fault 94025 and Vehicle not identical to series - Siller - 30-12-2018

Hello
I upgraded my own E91 FRMFA module to the FRM3 module. I coded this module with NCSexpert by inserting the FA into the NFRM module from CAS and encoding the module with the Default profile. Everything is working as it should, no faults in modules when looking with INPA.
But yesterday I looked with ISTA-P car and encountered a problem in ISTA-P 94025 Determination of the Control Modules in the vehicle failed.
The question of what to do to overcome this error? ISTA-P does not allow anything to be done, ISTA-D only warns.
The car itself is 02/2006 E91. FRM3 was from the 2012 E91 LCI

Before that there was not anything concerned about that car with ISTA. Why the ISTA/D flags the car to uncompatible or anything like that?

Have you flashed the module with winkfp or you just coded with ncs expert?

Most likely you didn't adjust I-level data in used FRM3.

What do you mean by adjusting I-level data? How I can adjust the I-level data?
Yes I only coded using the ncsexpert.

same as FA also I-level data (factory- backup - current) is written to the FRM.
As you replaced it, it will not match the car. You can write/adjust it with Tool32.

I-level like "Zeitkriterien" it means what kind of production it corresponds to.

you use an FRM witch com first in middle of 2008 (ex.) but you will use in a car from 2006

I have no seem now, but....:
1, read with tool32 like FRM3.prg
2, I don't remember, maybe the last one is the "write I-level",
3, add the tree data: ex.: E089-06-07-500; 0; 0
where the E089-06-07-500 is the factory I-level, leave the second and third "0" if you don't no (factory; backup; actual)
That's about it! smile
