Can Clip not read Renault MASTER 2017/2018 - topdeel - 11-01-2019
Did anyone have a problem reading Reno Master 2017/2018 with Can Clip?
With the rest of the vehicles 2016 2015 2014... read without problems.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

I have the same problem with Renault Kangoo 2018/10.The car type is recognized normally also multiplexed network.But when I try to connect to a ECU or UCH I get message connect dongle or insert the latest DVD.Renault Can Clip is version V183.I use clone Renault Clip sonde(RTL2002).

The laptop was connected to the internet wirelessly during the diagnostic.Tomorow I will try to connect car with DERELEK and will see the result.

Hello,
I am a bit worried because I have tried as much as 5 different scan tools(autel,launch,clip,derelek)and the same result.When I tried AVDI abrites from their CLOUD version I was able to communicate with about 6 modules but not with ECM.The reason why I want to diagnose such new car was ABS light on dash because abs sensor was fiiled with mud so there was no reading from these wheel.Conclusion,AVDI was the only one who pointed me in right direction.Clip version is latest V183 and I had not have any problems with it prior. I am using CLONE SONDE.

Installing the latest version of Renault Clip(V184)solved the problem.
