WAKE UP ERROR ON SOME ECU ONLY - chicco - 14-01-2019
Hi i have a china kess red pcb 5.0.17 bought one year ago and never used.
now i start using it.
i read a sid 305 and a magneti marelli without issues
but when i tryed an edc16c19 of a fiat sedici it gives me the wake up error.
is the sd card gone or is it a different issue?

think your kess need a rework and need a good sd card with cid id

Wake up error only on Kline ECU? So, try to setup pull up resistor (in soft) to 200 Om. But, best is to change kline transistor inside KESS.

I had the same problem on the table when using a pinout cable. A bad connection was the cause, so check the connections before reworking.

I have same issue, most cars never have a problem, tried a volvo S40 2.0D and a ford focus 2.0D, both share same engine and SID, get wake up error when it asks to turn ignition on and off
