Ford PCM PROGRAMMING. - Senario - 26-01-2019
Hi everyone
I have a Ford ECO SPORT 2011 model,
Its PCM is faulty, I found an Old Used PCM ,Its part number is different,
how can i program this ecu, I have this FORD VCM OBD, but i lost its software.
if i get the software for this cable will it do the job or do i need something else.
please let me know.

No idea about your cable / interface, I know the official can do it no problem

Software for Programming is IDS Ford or FJDS (pass-true)
Your Cable does not support this Software
It works only with VCM or VCM II Rotunda
Soft you can buy online
The last step in Programming is reset parameter (dealer account)

Only work if you have S/N current (black list)
Same like VCM I (youtube show how to change)

FORD VCM OBD will do it by obd.
You need an Incode / Outcode calculator.
