With one dead cluster,.
We have bought a used one.
How can the car start? Only with solder desolder the eeprom?
I have not access to the files of the old cluster.

which ecu? try to read eeprom from old dash by programmer to get immo data or login from ecu if possible. After that read login from new dash and adapt dash and keys by diagnostic
