I have a pcm that reboot all 4 min.
I would like to have information for repair it please

They have few reasons why reboots appear. You can try few solutions.
1) Hold button "info" until it reboots. Immediately after reboot select PCM CAR >OPTION>Set PCM System>Reset PCM>Vehicle handover and confirm by two times clicking "Yes".
This also removes all personalized settings. If reboots still appear try same 4-5 times.
If, above, doesn't work try:
2) Updateing firmware to latest version.
Next solution:
3) Check car battery. Charge it or replace it.
If still reboots:
4) Try replacing HDD with SSD. Some say it solves problem.

in order to reach a conclusion, then it should be determined whether the CD, BT USB works... while the radio works?

Anyone will to share working image of hdd for pcm3.1, have similar problem. Hdd is totally died, need image to make new hdd to work. After replacing Europe maps not possible to run.
