2007 Hyundai Santa Fe ABS issue - koziol - 05-02-2019

2007 Hyundai Santa Fe 3.3L came to the shop with ABS issue
C1643 Can time-out Yaw Rate & Lateral G Sensor
C2112 Valve Relay error
All connection checked power and ground fine.
 when error cleared
C1643 is there all the time
error C2112 back after few min.
According to alldata  actuation tests fine completed with susses .
Any idea how to solve this issues ?

What is the voltage at idle? Any difference between voltage at the battery and at the ABS module? A 0.8V difference will cause C2112. An alternator putting out too high voltage might also cause this. If you can, try measuring the current draw while actuating each valve and see if any of them are excessively high (pull the abs valve relay fuse and put an ammeter in line). I'd try the same test on the ABS motor fuse as well. (ESC 1 & ESC 2 fuses)

C1643 I cannot lookup, but a CAN timeout usually means the module isn't broadcasting information. I'd fix C2112 first then try to learn the Yaw/Lateral sensor and see if it fixes C1643.

so far found that that when turn ignition on after few second light dissapear like normally
when start cranking ABS light come back and errors there ,tried 2 different
battery same thing .

What you describe is 'Case 1' in the chart below. If the IGN/BAT feeds at the ABS module are not dropping during crank, and you have good ground at the both the battery and module, I would say you need a new ABS assembly.

spoke with owner of the car he said that already 2 used ABS modules were replaced in other shop and did not sole it

Did you test for voltage drop? Measure current while actuating the valves?

This might be a long shot, but if you are not finding the solution in what looks like the problem area, and it looks like you are covering your bases.  Try checking the alternator for A/C voltage leakage, any alternating current in the data lines messes up the communication.
Again its a long shot but in thirty years of doing this I have seen it a few times, sometimes the alternator sounds 'funny' sometimes it doesn't.
