You can only Buy EsysX (www.esysx.com )
Esys launcher is not for sell but only in exchange for donation ( at least via the original owner of Esys Launcher ) , there are many ebay sellers who claims they provide genuine activation codes and Token for 10 years but I would stay away from those people with all due respect to whoever they are .
Thanks to TURBODRIVER who have shared a virtual machine ready with Esys Launcher V2.8 ( I guess ) which still work just fine with up to Esys 3.30 and does the job just right .

I have an issue with mapping BDC in the newest cars, the problem is that I see "UNKNOWN" parameteres, all other modules work fine but when I read BDC which is huge I have mess there. My friend has 64bit of esys with launcher premium and it works fine, however he had a real trouble to get the licence from token master. I also already paid for launcher but no answer from Tokenmaster... Any other ideas how to correctly Read Coding data from BDC? Thanks.

ask your friend how is he running Launcher Premium till today . he will tell that he is using something called " Rearm " .
launcher premium doesn't require activation code if you know the trick . but now you need to use
"Rearm" which allow the users to run Launcher Premium with dates before 01.01.2019 .
Rearm is not my work and I am not allowed to share it but google it .
