VCDS Hex-V2 China Clone is it worth - Zamperl - 28-02-2019
Hello everybody,
my friend uses VCDS Hex-Can v1 Clone (sklad66) since more than five years. The adapter is updateable with software and firmware.
Now he gets more and more problem with the v1 adapter on newer cars.
I found the new v2 clone here for ~30$.
Does somebody know whether it's worth to buy or not? Is the adapter updateable with software and firmware?

Its same as v1. Only original is real v2.

VCDS HEX v2 is based on ARM, and china clone HEX v2 is based on ATMEGA (like good quality clones of hex v1)

I have one V2 from china and trust me it is totaly different than original. I dont know why chinese writte original v2 without limit VIN.I buy lot of china tools only to see how it made.
