Porsche 986 boxter start issue - salaausi - 13-03-2019

Looking for a help to fix my porsche 986 2004 starting issue.

I have swapped the engine with 996.

Only the ECU is replaced from 996. After all car only start once. When the second time try to start engine won't crank. But when disconnect the ecu plugs and reconnect again car starts again only once but not the second time.

Any fix for this?

Cheers.

I have attached a photo of the 996 ECU.
Just wondering is that possible to find an immo chip from oem ecu and solder back in to 996 ecu. Will that even work that way? Not sure though.
Cheers.
