Need HELP !! Mercedes NTG4.5 - webtrader - 14-03-2019
Hello,
I need help with updating a Mercedes C-Class 11/09/2011 with NTG4.5 "Comand Online" GPS
I bought an update with an activation code.
Upon insertion of the USB key, the code was requested by the GPS.
I wrote the code, and the update started.
But the screen remains on 0% progress.
After 1 hour of waiting, I was still at 0%.
I had to stop the installation and I removed the USB key because nothing was moving forward.
I tried another USB drive in case there was a problem with that one, but I'm still stuck.
Each time it starts, then stays on 0%, then it says "ejection of the DVD"
The car radio system works, everything works, but of course not the GPS
Now he claims the update DVD.
I was told to try with an SD card, but it is not recognized (even formatted in FAT32)
When I insert the USB key, we always stay at 0%
I specify that I entered the code of the version 2019 V18.
I was given DVD V16 to try, but nothing happens.
Is there a way to reset? For the code to be requested again?
In this case, I could use DVD V16 with a new code.
I am looking to recover the use of my GPS

If the Comand got into a loop, only with Stardiagnosis/Xentry you can reboot it to factory values.

it does not run in a loop, but the update always remains at 0%
Everything else works except navigation.
Is the procedure with XENTRY complicated?
