Help Need Full Cloneing on Mini 1.6D 2008 - Passat01 - 15-03-2019

So the problem is that my CAS died during the cas OBD reading, and the car is not starting currently, we did read it on bench after that but CAS flash and eeprom are messed up, my question is is it possible to repair cas flash and eeprom, we also have another same mini and we can clone the ECU and Cas but then problem remains in Key, i will provide the cas data that is messed up so if someone can repair it would be good, if we have to clone another mini data how can we clone the key?

You can clone ecu and cas , but you can't clone a key u have to program it to the cas
