Koleos phIII radio not detected on can - krzemyk - 17-03-2019

I have a problem with radio in Renault Koleos ph III (OE: 281152227R).
Radio works normally, but I am not able to connect using clip or ddt4all.
Radio returns bad can id (0xFF).

Found ECU (no relevant ECU file found) : Audio[$13]: DIAGVERSION [255] SUPPLIER [ÿÿÿ] SOFT [FFFF] VERSION [FFFF]

All other devices on can audio network works and detects properly.
Any idea how to fix this issue?
