BMW E63 M6 FROM SMG TO 6 SPEED MANUAL SWAP. HELP PROGRAMING DME - Autocoding917 - 04-04-2019

Hey all,
i have a 2006 E63 M6 originally smg but converted into a manual transmission. the issue am having is the dme is still looking for the smg. I tried coding the smg out by adding 2ma to the VO and program the dme to zb#7842504 which is suppsed to be a software for the dme for manual transmission but still no luck. if anyone has any knowledge or input on how to take off the smg and program the dme for a manual transmission it will help alot. willing to pay for time/knowledge

No software for m6 manual... according to etk no one m6 is manual, only smg. So no original software without smg.

ok usa market have that, and yes zb is correct(thinking euro because i'm italian)

After mechanical changes (flywheel clutch gearbox driveshaft etc....)

1 change wiring harness with one 6mt version (or modify yours with ista electronic diagrams trans fluid temp, clutch switch etc...) and remove SMG module
2 flash mss65 dme zb 7842504
3 edit your vo delete if are present $205 $206, add $2ma and store it in cas and lma
4 code with ncsexpert entire car with new vo
5 do test with ista and clear dme adaptions and other params...

How do you know guys, which soft is for MT or AT or SMG and EURO or US? I changed DME from AT to SMG car, and getting CAN communication transmission error. Which soft i should flash with WinKFP? Car BMW E63 645i.

If you want the simpliest way, you need to correct your vo and store it in cas and lma, do hardware mod and then use istap to program.

Anyway from other forum these are some of zb for M6 not 645i

7842647: Non US cars with bad fuel quality and a lower service interval on oil changes.
7842502: US SMG and Korean Cars.*
7842641: Non US cars with bad fuel quality.
7842645: Non US cars with some kind of CEL parameter change** 
7842795: Japan's version. 
7842643: Non US cars with bad fuel quality and a CEL Parameter change(see 7842645 but with bad fuel).
7842649: Non US cars with bad fuel quality and a CEL Parameter change(see 7842645 but with bad fuel) and the lower service interval. 
7842639: Non US cars standard tune CO2*** 
7842504: US Non SMG cars
7842799: Targets The New Euro CO2 standards. This requires a new code file flash as well. I think you might understand where I'm going with this information smile
*Why is Korean Cars included in this? Because they have a max RON of 94 which is 91ish AKI. *cough* Slightly Detuned *cough*

***This is probably the most power you'll get from BMW software, not for CA cars and sorry 6 speed guys. For fun I flashed a the lower fuel quality software and yes I noticed a big difference.

offcourse it is possible, i have done it at least 3 times for E60 M5s and E63 M6s . US V10 cars have same gearbox found in E9x M3 manual .

Adding to the above the YAW sensor for DSC needs repin inorder to have the DSC working since the YAW sensor is linked to SMG module 
Then encode DSC to have it all work 
EDC button is relocated to the front ashtray
And the lower controle pannel must be replaced to have DSC off button

Does anybody know DME zb number for Euro 645Ci SMG?
