Use Dr Gini instead to load your fsc’s.

Can you explain in more detail which certificate are you trying to load
1) load and check sig cert
2) load and check all fscs certs 17/19/1b/9C etc
3) load fsc and check fsc on all 17/19/1b/9c
Did you make the fsc codes?
Did you sign them after making the changes?

Merge your existing FSTOOL, Carserver and EDIABAS installation with these files:
https://cartechnology.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=23198&pid=241156#pid241156

Make sure ediabas is correctly set up for your interface.

In the parameter tab make sure diagnostic address is 63.
fill in the app ID of the FSC you want to load

In the Configuratuion tab make sure you have the signature certificate pointed towards the sigs.der file in the SIGS folder of the patcher.
Do the same for your FSC cert.

Go to SWT develop tab, make sure everything is loaded above the job selection otherwise you've done something wrong in the previous steps.
Write vin in the VIN box, move SET_VIN and GET_VIN to the right in that order.
Then click 'execute' and it should return your vin.

next delete SET and GET_VIN from the right and move in STORE_SIGS_CERT and CHECK_SIGS_CERT to the right in that order and execute them. status should return succesfull.
Next move STORE_FSC_CERT, CHECK_FSC_CERT,STORE_FSC,CHECK_FSC and PERIODICAL_CHECK to the right and execute them for your first loaded up FSC. if it returns successfull load the remaining fsc's and certs in the parameter and configuration tabs and then execute the sequence mentioned above for your other FSC's and certs.

Now all your FSC's and CERTS should be activated in the CIC
