Hey,
I'm getting unusual fault code date in freeze frame (like 2036.14.24). I've read that some cars don't provide real date, BUT using VCDS beta 14.4. or above you may be able to retrieve it.
Is it possible to use VCDS beta with a chinese cable? Would a dealership be able to retrieve date?...

If the serial from you chinese tool is blacklisted in new vcds version, your tool can be damaged and you need to reflash it with programmer. You can get the dump to reflash only up to 11.11. Dumps for later versions are not available afaik.
