Help with ktag 7.20 - som3astar - 15-04-2019
Hello all
I have problem with my ktag7.020
It does communicate between laptob and ktag device and can select cars/trucks/....etc
But cant select any car protocols its gray buttons
Cant select or choose any cars
Opend the ktag and cleaned sd memory and same thing
What shoould i do

Do you connect to ECU? Do you have power?

Yes it does have power and the driver show its connected to the labtop

Do not waste your time. The problem is in the SD CARD that is in the interface. I had the same problem and solved it. Programming the sd card for KTAG and KESS is a very difficult process that can not be done by everyone. There are two options 1. that somebody who knows, do - can program a new sd card or other option to buy SD CARD I found on interenet aliexpress.

Did you use ksuite 2.23?
If you have Kess with 2.47, you cannot use KTag with this version.
Try with 2.23.

Your problem is with sd card or nxp good day
