can anyone recommend a cheap tool to read/write eeprom on vag edc16? or tool to help cluster swap? thanks

Open the ECU
Read via XPROG or other

You can't with chinese tool
Smok can do it, but it's expensive tool

Use vag dash can,read-write edc15/edc16 by obd.
