Ford Focus 2017 donor PCM calibration initialization immo - Kayhan 17# - 17-04-2019
Hey guys,
i have a VCM2 Clone, after crash the original ECU is irreparably damaged and i need to flash the used donor ECU to match car.
I have IDS 107, 108 and now 112.
I tested IDS 107 so far and once i go to Reprogramming Module and press OK -> OK .. it kicks me to the main Menu where i can select Reprogramming Module again.
I manually added calibration files as it told me, downloaded from fordtech website..
Is this because of the old version of IDS or the Computer Date?
Any Alternatives?
Even with legit VCMM and official online FDRS it does not work, i erased both keys, relearned both keys, then tried to do PCM configuration and it throws an error(the diag device could not communicate with car / operation failed), PCM initialisation also does not work, is there any trick behind?
Engine not starting, DTCs P161A-00 and P161B-00
Alternatively, any immo off solutions?

Good evening, and why not just clone the ecu directly?
even with a broken plate, it has ways of extracting information from one and passing it to another
anyway, about their mistake, almost all ECUs need to be virginized, before being able to pair with the immobilizer
In addition you need data of your ecu, as well as the type of engine of your vehicle, for help

After learn keys did you do a parameter reset in PATS?

i can not clone the ecu as infineon tricore chip got broke off the pcb
