The code generator has always worked for me before … can you double check the request code?

I checked the code and yes the code you shared is what I get from the code generator. I tried the PIN 1234 and 12345678, both failed. What should be the token name? I left it as default..
I enter the code, the screen goes off, I click launch, prompts for code again, enter the same code and then the window closes.. not sure what I'm doing wrong. Yes the version I have installed is v2.8.1.155

You must use the token from the generator, save it wherever you want but make sure you point ESys at the place you save it.
Delete your old token to make sure ESys will get pointed at this new token.
Pin should be as per the generator default (1234) or whatever you chose.
You should get a different request code with this new token (maybe)
If you cannot get it to work you definitely have something incorrect going on.
