help to program Xprog Atmega64a with UPA 1.3v USB - jonazizbey - 01-05-2019

Hi guys
Please help to program Xprog Atmega64a with UPA 1.3v USB Chines clone
Both are Chines Xprog and UPA,

Xprog 5.84 is not working well, would like to downgrade to 5.55 version as people say it works good with 5.55 version

I am having a trouble to write eeprom and flash files of 5.5.5 version into Atmega64 when its on Xprog board, even i unsoldered it and soldered sigle board and tried to progamm.

all useless
Both cases its reading, writing or verifiying not correct
when it clears eeprom or flash, its not full clear,

2-3 times clear, but still something not clear,

writing time fuse bit and lock bit is making according instruction

Please help how to write it

Should it better buy new Atmega64 ?

A genuine ATATMEL ICE bare PCB is around £40 these days. This can be used with the (free) Atmel Studio to properly erase and program all Atmel devices, including fuses and lock bits.
