CLONING VOLVO S80 ECU - KevinX - 14-05-2019
I have a 2002 s80 2.9 T6. I want to clone the ecu using ktag. The problem i have is the one out of the car is a Bosch ME 7.0. The used new one is a Bosch ME 7.01. I managed to write all three files to the used new one by writing them separate since using one file didn't work because Ktag uses different protocals to read the ecus. Now the used new one is identified and a Bosch ME 7.0. both ecu have the same part numbers. The problem is the car won't start using the used new one. i scanned the car with Vida and only code is a siren code. what could be the problem.

i can help you to running the car. what you must to do is buy new chip ID48 then MSG me i will help you later.
